Duty Manager

Radisson Blu Istanbul Ottomare

We are looking for a Duty Manager for our five-star hotel located in the European side of Istanbul. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have the qualifications below:

·         Relevant degree from a university in Hospitality & Tourism or Business Administration, 

·         Minimum 5 years of experience from similar establishments and Front Office operations is advantageous including supervisory and organisational skills, 

·         Including a natural positive “Yes I Can” attitude towards providing excellent service, 

·         Advance level of English, both written and spoken is a must, further languages are preferable, 

·         Advanced MS Office skills, 

·         Available to work nights and weekends,

·         Well presented, flexible, excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills, 

·         Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills are required, 

·         Result and solution-oriented management style, 

·         High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach,  

·         Able to motivate, energise and maintain a positive attitude in themselves and their colleagues, 

·         Outgoing, ability to work well in a dynamic environment, 

·         Must be a team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude, lateral thinker and eager problem solver, 

·         Energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and multitasking skills 

·         Able to provide efficient, prompt, trouble free, courteous service and security to guests in line with the hotel’s and the Radisson Hotel Group’s corporate guidelines and service concepts
