Operations Support Engineer

MGS A.Ş, with 36 years of experience in the Electronic Security Systems sector, is hiring an Operation Support Engineer for its Operations Department.

• Preferably a graduate of Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related fields
• Fluent in English
• Capable of managing projects with technical knowledge/application skills and experience
• Proficient in reading and drawing projects using AutoCAD program
• Strong communication, presentation, and representation skills
• Holder of a driver's license (able to drive actively)
• Preferably experienced in security or similar sectors
• At least two years of field experience

Job Description:

• Managing and supervising the process of new projects for corporate clients from system design to job delivery
• Providing training for high-end products and systems to the Operations Department and generally supporting products and systems
• Receiving training for new products and systems
• Conducting tests for new products and systems, providing internal training, and supporting their implementation
• Acting as a technical representative for our corporate clients under Engineering Services
• Drawing up and tracking projects related to alarms, card access, and camera systems
