Research Development Engineer

We are looking for an "Research and Development Engineer" to join our team to

work in our Factory in Dilovasi, Kocaeli

General Qualifications 

 Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering,

 At least 5 years of experience in research and development engineer,

 Good computer knowledge, especially MS Office EXCEL and able to use at

least one of Solidworks, Autocad, Ansys PPAP, APQP, FMEA programs,

 Knowledgeable in new product, material and project development projects,

 Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Preferably German as a

second language,

 No obstacle to travelling abroad,

 Able to initiate teamwork,

 High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of

complex issues,

 Having a sense of detail and the ability to take initiative and responsibility,

 Having a result-oriented manner,

 Valid driving license class B and active driver,

 Completed military service for male applicants,

 We are looking for an R&D Engineer residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul

or Kocaeli.

Job Description;

 Responsible for understanding and organizing all the requirements that may

be part of the solution for the current client problems.

 Coordination and management of research projects of more than one client

group,

 Coaching, guiding and sharing his/her expertise with other team members,

 To prepare alternative designs and submit them for evaluation,

 Ensuring that product development designs and control are carried out within

the scope of R&D,

 Customer relationship management in the customer group,
