Job Description

• Domestic / abroad Good Receipt Transactions
• Production/ Service Material Movements in SAP, Delivery planning and organizing the shipments,
• Responsible from issuing delivery notes and invoices
• Coordination of export process; reporting/archiving/documentation, maintaining necessary correspondence with the foreign customers, coordinating the shipments and Logistics Service Providers,
• Coordination of the transportation, custom service provider and import shipments
• Checking import delivery notes and invoices for inbound process
• Actively participating in audit sessions together with Quality Team, providing support in creating, improving and revising work instructions, Warehouse & Logistics related processes, providing necessary feedbacks and documentation
• Follow-up service repair notifications
• Follow-up returns from purchasing and sales
• Follow-up 5S

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Good command in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in logistics area is an asset
• SAP knowledge is preferred
